GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of sale govern the distance sale of products by LVNM on a store accessible via the Internet, www.terredechanvre.com , to individuals and businesses and are intended to define the rights and obligations of LVNM and the customer.
1 - the products
The characteristics of the products you order are indicated on the "Products" pages of the site. All the products offered comply with current French legislation, in particular hempseed seeds and CBD-based products. The sale, possession and purchase of hemp seed in France does not constitute an offense. Some products are guaranteed by the supplier (see article sheet) against manufacturing defects and not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse of the product. 2 - The prices
The prices of our articles are indicated in Euros. All orders, whatever their origins, are payable in Euros. VAT included is French VAT. Its current main rate is 20%. If the rate were to be changed upward or downward, this rate change could be reflected immediately in our prices. There can only be one type of promotion per order, our offers are therefore not cumulative.
3 - Countries of the European Union
The items you order are subject to French VAT at the current rate of 20%. You cannot recover this VAT but you do not have to pay any additional tax at the reception. For any delivery in a country of the European Community, shipping costs are to be added to the price of the product (s) ordered. These shipping costs are calculated before the validation of your order for acceptance.
4 - Order

8 - Exchange

11 - Delivery
As an indication, the average delivery time is 7 days. Delivery will be made from Monday to Saturday to the address you have indicated. In case of absence a calling card will be left in your mailbox.
