Here are a few simple steps that will allow you to order:
1 - Select the items you want to buy
- Clicking on a tab on the main menu
- Using the drop-down menu of all Brands.
- Using the search engine
- By choosing from the products displayed on the screen
2 - Add products to your shopping cart by clicking "basket" or "Add to the basket"
You can add additional items by clicking "Continue my purchases."
You can also change the contents of your cart at any time by clicking "Panier" in the basket at the top right of your screen:
- Recalculate the amount of your basket if you have changed its contents,
- Change the amount ordered for each item,
- Delete an article
3 - Click "Commander" in the basket
This one is permanently located at the top right of your screen to finalize your order in a few clicks
4 - Identify yourself or create your profile
By providing your contact information and delivery address if it differs from the billing address (for example for gifts).
If you are already a customer and want to change your contact information before ordering, you can do so in the "Details of the order" by clicking on "Customer Information".
5 - Choose your delivery method and payment method
6 - After validating our Terms and Conditions
You will have a summary of your order and the ability to write a personalized message if it is a gift, or a message to our attention. For a gift, we will pack all orders with a personalized message.
7. For card payments
Click "Order" and then choose your payment type.
Enter your card number, expiry date and visual cryptogram on the back of your card and click "VALIDER."
8. You will then receive an order confirmation email
This will take over all the elements of your order.
